To provide you with a bespoke service, I collect the following information:

Contact Details: Your name and email address when you inquire about a commission.

Reference Materials: Photos of your family and/or pets that you provide via email for the purpose of creating your portrait.

Transaction Data: Details of payments made (processed securely via bank transfer). I do not store, nor have access to, any credit card details at any time.

2. How I Use Your Information

I only use your data to:

Communicate with you regarding your commission.

Create your hand-drawn portrait.

Arrange delivery of your finished artwork.

Comply with legal tax and accounting obligations.

3. Image Rights & Social Media

Reference Photos: I will never share your original reference photos publicly. They are used soley as a guide for my work.

The Finished Artwork: As the artist, I retain the copyright to the drawing. I may share a photo of the finished artwork on my website and/or social media to showcase my portfolio.

Privacy Request: If your commission is a surprise gift or you prefer the artwork not to be shared online, please let me know during the inquiry process, and I will strictly honour your request.

4. Data Retention & Security

Digital Photos: I keep your reference photos for the duration of the drawing process. Once the commission is complete and delivered, I periodically clear my inbox of high-resolution attachments.

Security: Your data is stored on secure, password-protected devices and email servers. I will never sell or lease your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to request corrections, or to ask for your data to be deleted.
